"I just wanted you to know how pleased I am with Priority Security and my new Honeywell Security System. I previously had a GE security system installed 3 years ago by another security company. During that time I had problems with the system due to a faulty phone connection. When I contacted them about the situation they were dismissive and not willing to resolve the issue. I then decided to change security companies. My next door neighbor had Priority Security and highly recommended you. Your technician Allen was very professional and went the extra mile to answer all my questions until I was comfortable with the new system. I'm very impressed with the quality of the Honeywell equipment, especially the keyfob remote. The Honeywell system is also more userfriendly than the GE system. "As I told you on the phone earlier, Eric Scott converted my ADT security system to your Priority Security system today. I want to commend you on the selection of your technician. Eric is one of the most polite young men I have met in a long time, thorough and patient. He left me with much more information and gave me far more instruction with my feared key pad than anyone had done before. It appears to be a difficult time for businesses to attract and keep responsible staff. I trust you appreciate that the impressions left by your employees reflect directly on the image of your business. "I just wanted to take a few minutes to tell you how impressed my wife and I are with our new security system. The technician that installed our system was Todd Montgomery and he was very professional and courteous during the entire installation process. I even had a particular door contact that I really wasn't very happy with and he even came back out to our residence and changed it out with no questions asked. Even you made two different trips to my home to sell your company and its products for our safety and not to mention a follow up phone call. That is what I call excellent customer service and this day and time that is so difficult to find. "As a reminder, last Friday, 04/08/2005 I called your office to report that my security system in my home had activated and Monitronics did everything by the book that they were supposed to do. They were even kind enough to give me detailed information of what my system was reporting to them with regards to the type of signals that they were receiving. It seemed odd that they were getting three different types of signals so that is the reason that I called for a service technician to come to my home and check out my system to make sure that everything was indeed working properly. Well, to make a long story short, Aaron Rutherford was the technician that came to my house. He ran several diagnostic tests and everything seemed to be fine. Although we don't know what caused the alarm to activate and obviously he couldn't explain it either he came to the conclusion that it may have been the auxiliary power. Aaron said that if it happens again to please call back and he would possibly come back an replace a circuit board since there is no way to really test to see if the circuit board was going bad or not. What amazes me the most is the extent that your installation/service technicians go through to satisfy your customers. He was at my home running test after test for at least 1 to 1 1/2 hours, he left around 8:30 PM and I am sure that he had put in at least a 12 hour day. Again please pass along to your staff that a job well done does not go unrecognized. Your company is a "poster child" to the way thatcustomer service should be from every company. Great job, your staff is very courteous and professional in every aspect..."

"My name is Pat B. Bailey, I am Vice President in charge in maintenance for Alpha Kappa House Corporation. We built our sorority house in 1999 and employed ADT Security to wire and monitor our fire and security system. ADT provided very unsatisfactory service and at the end of our five-year contract, we looked into a new provider. Priority Security, Inc. in the person of Mr. Rick Pecore was our choice to be the new security provider for us. They very throughly investigated the existing system and meet the Raleigh city inspectors to be sure that we would have the system neccessary. Very quickly and efficiently, Priority gave us an estimate we accepted and began work on time while the girls living in the house were out on holiday. Everything was finished on schedule and passed the final inspection by the City of Raleigh. We now own the system, have the neccessary site plans for all equipment, and are saving money on our monthly service and maintenance. We look forward to our relationship with Priority Security and will be glad to recommend that they be considered for service."
